This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we collect from you, or that you provide, when you visit and use postmylaunch.com (the “Website”) and its related content, tools, and functionality (the “Services”). Post My Launch is a free tool that generates social and marketing content from a website you submit.
This policy does not apply to information collected by any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from the Website. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, your choice is to not use the Website. By accessing or using this Website, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use below. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time, and your continued use of the Website after we make changes is deemed acceptance of those changes.
Children Under the Age of 16
Our Website is not intended for children under 16 years of age, and all users must be at least 16. If we learn we have received information from a child under 16, we will delete it. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us personal information, please contact us at honey@honeywavecreative.com and we will endeavor to delete it from our records.
Information We Collect
We collect a limited amount of information so the tool can work and so we can follow up with you:
- Information you provide. The website URL you submit, any screenshot you optionally upload, and your email address when you choose to unlock your content kit.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and general usage data through cookies and similar technologies. This helps us keep the tool running and improve it.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Generate the content kit you requested from the website and screenshot you submit;
- Deliver your content kit and send you the email you signed up to receive;
- Send you occasional marketing emails from Honeywave Creative, which you can opt out of at any time;
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website and Services;
- Comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
How the Tool Processes Your Submission
To generate your content, the website URL and any screenshot you submit are sent to our third-party AI provider, Anthropic, which processes them to produce the written content you receive. We do not control Anthropic’s independent data practices; we encourage you to review Anthropic’s privacy policy. Submit only websites and screenshots you have the right to share. Do not upload anything confidential or sensitive, as the tool is intended for finished, client-approved, or publicly viewable work.
Third Parties We Share Information With
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the tool, including:
- Anthropic – to generate your content from the submitted website and screenshot;
- Flodesk – our email platform, to store your email address and send you emails;
- Cloudflare – our hosting and infrastructure provider.
We may also disclose information to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our Company or others.
How We Store and Protect Your Information
We have implemented measures designed to protect your information from accidental loss and unauthorized access. Information you provide is stored on secure servers behind firewalls operated by our service providers. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please keep this in mind when submitting information. We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed; you may request deletion at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to be informed, to access, to correct inaccuracies, to request deletion, to data portability, and to opt out of marketing or certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at honey@honeywavecreative.com.
