Think of this retainer fee as a monthly design subscription. You pay up front for the month to reserve a specific number of hours on our calendar. We can do any work pertaining to your brand or website, whether that be design changes, social media templates, flyers, help with integrations, adding in a sales page or pop-up. (They must fall within your hours.)
Each month, you will have the selected amount of design hours allotted to your projects. These projects will work on priority deadlines. Instead of waiting months to get in line, you will have a turnaround time of 7 days or less. Not to mention, you will also be getting our professional design work at a discounted hourly rate.
Every month, you will need to send a detailed list of the edits/updates that you are wanting to be completed. We will perform as many of the updates as possible within your allotted hours. If additional hours are needed, we will first advise you, and then you will be able to add additional hours. If there is an overage on hours, the additional fees will be added to your invoice for the following month.
Website Updates and Maintenance work covers- content, website graphics and website maintenance. Currently for WordPress only. If you are a past branding client, we can also work on additional branding assets, such as graphics, flyers, business cards, pdfs, and projects of the like.
Any unused hours will expire at the end of the month. This is to ensure that I can plan my workload accordingly across the board and make sure you have the proper amount of time scheduled in for your design work.
You will receive an invoice on the first day of every month. This invoice will include our agreed upon monthly retainer fee and any overage from the prior month. (Any overage will be discussed with you before being completed.)
