Turn Months-Long Website Projects Into Premium Design Days

So how did you end up here, taking orders from every single one of your clients instead?

You’re the expert. You’re the one who’s supposed to be leading the room. But somewhere along the way, you stopped getting to guide your clients and started answering to them instead.

Sound familiar?

Your income isn’t stuck because you’re charging too little. It’s stuck because every project drags, and there are only so many you can hold at once.

You started this to be a designer. To create something transformative from nothing, for clients you actually like, on a schedule that finally belonged to you.

Instead, you became the person who waits. Who chases. Who absorbs every “small change” and every rescheduled deadline to help your clients while your own calendar falls apart in the background and your income falls short of the goals you set for it, year after year.

You’re not bad at designing. Your work is beautiful. Your process is just broken. And a broken process will drain even the most talented designer.

So let’s stop imagining what that’s actually costing you, and look at the real numbers.

If you're about to quote another client six weeks for a website, stop and read this.

You’ve gotten good at this. Good enough that clients trust you with their businesses. But that same instinct, wanting to do right by every client, custom proposal by custom proposal, project by project, is capping your income. Every hour spent on a proposal that might go nowhere. Every week blocked off for a project that could take a fraction of the time. That’s not proof you’re thorough. That’s the trap that’s keeping you stuck.

TRADITIONAL WEBSITE PROJECTS

vs

THE DESIGN DAY® MODEL

Same skill. Same talent. More than triple the clients, the revenue, and the client relationships fueling your next year of growth.

That’s not a hypothetical. It’s happening for our students right now.

And it’s not just about the increased money you’ll be making. It’s about what happens to YOU when the chasing stops.

Right now, you probably spend half your time managing clients and projects instead of designing. Following up for content. Chasing feedback.

Rescheduling calls that fell through. Checking in on projects that stalled out weeks ago. That work has to happen with your current process, but it’s not the work you’re actually good at, and it’s definitely not the work that pays you or excites you to login to your computer everyday.

By the time you’re done managing the project, and getting what you need to check off the next box on the path to completion, there’s nothing left of you for the part that matters. The design itself. The next client. The referral asks. The things that actually move your income forward.

Design Day Blueprint® doesn’t just save you hours. It gives those hours back to the parts of your business, and your life, that only you can do.

Here's what actually makes a Design Day® possible.

Phase 1 – Onboarding

Your client sends you everything you need before the day even starts, without any chasing or hand-holding. Think automated welcome sequences, guided intake forms, and a strategic content collection system built to get you everything you need long before you even start designing.

Phase 2 – The Prep Call

Before you ever open your design software, you sit down with everything they’ve sent, run through a structured prep call, and get aligned with the vision your client has in mind and how you’ll make that vision a reality. By the time you sit down to build, you already know exactly what you’re making. No blank page. No guessing.

Phase 3 – The Design Day® (or Design Week)

This is the fun part. Coffee in hand, calendar cleared, client on standby if you need them. You go from a blank homepage to a fully built, ready-to-launch website in one focused sitting. Clear start time. Clear finish time. And a proven flow guiding every decision along the way, so you’re never stuck wondering what comes next.

Phase 4 – Offboarding

The project doesn’t just end. It wraps up with intention. Think a structured revision window inside one shared document, a clear, defined finish line so nobody’s left wondering if the project is actually over, and a simple follow-up sequence that checks in after the work is finished, offers support, and opens the door to ongoing business for years to come.

This isn’t guesswork. It’s a proven system you can run with your very next client.

These aren't outliers. They're designers who were exactly where you are.

Real designers who took the system, implemented it, and built businesses they actually love. Many have gone on to become Design Day Certified, our mark for designers who’ve completed the framework and delivered real results for real clients.

Let's talk about what might be playing in your head right about now as you're reading through this page.

You’ve read this far, which means something in here resonated with where you’re at right now. There might still be a voice in the back of your head raising some doubts, wondering if this is really the right model for you. That’s completely normal. Let’s lean into that voice, and work through those doubts together, one thought at a time.

Can I really deliver quality in a single day?

Yes, and not by rushing. By preparing. When the pre-work is done (almost entirely by your client), the prep call is complete, and the system is guiding the day, you're not cramming a two-week project into eight hours. You're running a focused, well-structured day that produces genuinely custom, high-quality work. Think about how quickly you’re able to build out a site when you have everything you need sitting in front of you, ready to go, with a clear design direction in mind. Your speed isn’t what makes the projects drag. It’s all of the interruptions. Waiting on content, waiting on feedback, waiting on login codes… the list goes on. Design Day Blueprint® removes those interruptions and lets you stay in a state of flow throughout the entire design. It allows you to focus on one client at a time, and have fun designing and delivering amazing results for them on an accelerated timeline.

What if one day isn't for me? Could I do it in a week instead?

Absolutely. The exact same Design Day® framework works as a Design Week. Same system, same boundaries, same client experience, just paced across five days instead of one. Plenty of designers in this course build it that way and get the same results. The beauty of this process and system is that once you have it in place, you can adjust it to fit the pace at which you want to run your business. It’s adaptable.

Isn't this like that other 'website in a day' thing?

Fair question, and if a specific image just popped into your head of someone else talking about websites in a day or a VIP Day, you're not alone. A lot of designers have seen versions of "website in a day" that felt more like a questionable sales pitch than a real system. “Charge a client a lot, deliver very little, pop it into a template, and call it a day.” That's not what this is. This is a full, structured system, pre-work, onboarding, delivery, a revision window that actually closes, real boundaries. It's sold as something teachable and repeatable, not magical, and it's built by someone who actually loves her clients and wants them to win, not just wants their money. This is built for designers who want to speed up their projects and get their freedom back while still being the kind of designer that their clients trust completely.

My clients are too complex for a one-day build.

Some are, and that's completely fine, because you don't have to force every project into one box. Most websites, especially four to six pages or fewer, fit inside a single Design Day® with room to spare. For most businesses, this works great. They can have a home, about, services, contact page, and room to spare for whatever else might be on their wishlist. For the handful of projects that are genuinely bigger or more complex, the same system still applies. You're just running it over a longer stretch, and even then, it turns a typical two-month timeline into two weeks. You can still offer both if you want, a one-day option for the majority of your projects, and a compressed, systemized option for the rare ones that need more room. Either way, your project timelines get cut in half or more, and you're the one steering the process. Not your clients.

I don't have time to take a course right now.

I hear you, and the truth is that you don't have time NOT to. The reason you're slammed and staying stuck is your broken process. This course fixes it. And because it's one module a week with most of the resources already done for you, you can plug them straight into your business in just a couple of hours a week, instead of adding a giant project to your plate that you feel you have to do all at once.

I've bought courses before and never finished them.

This is why it's live. A new module each Monday, a guest training midweek, a Q&A with me every Friday, and a whole community moving with you. You're not left alone with a content library. You're carried through implementation in real time. And if life gets in the way and you can't make every call, that's completely fine. You still have access to all the material and every future update, and you're still part of this cohort and community whether you show up 10% of the time or 100%. You've still got a group of designers in your corner who can become real friends, not just a course you paid for and forgot about.

Couldn't I just figure this out myself with Google or AI?

You could definitely get information on how to complete a website in a day from these sources. But being able to get more information was never the missing piece. The tested tools, and the implementation were. There's a difference between chatting with ChatGPT, who may be acting confident, but at the end of the day is guessing how to build a website in a day, and learning from a real person who has actually delivered hundreds of them. ChatGPT has never run a Design Day for a nervous client. Neither has a YouTube video. I have, over 500 times, and I’ve made every mistake along the way so you don't have to. I learned onboarding without a welcome video leaves clients confused, so now there's a video (one of my students skipped it, came back, and said "oh… I see why you do the video"). I learned end-of-day revisions over email and Voxer turn into chaos, so now we run them through one simple Google Doc (every designer who's wandered off to try something else has come right back to it because of how easy it makes the revision process). Those are the tricks of the trade you only get from doing the thing, over and over, until you know exactly what works and why. Inside of Design Day Blueprint®, I hand you every template, script, and hard-won lesson so you can skip straight past the mistakes I’ve already made.

Here’s the truth. These questions will always be there if you let them. At some point, you have to trust yourself enough to take the next step, dive in, and let the results do the convincing.

Here's how we do things differently.

We love our clients. We want them to win.

We want them to walk away with a website they’re genuinely proud of and a designer who genuinely had their back. Fast doesn’t mean cheap, rushed, or cut corners. Fast means you’ve built a process so good that quality shows up without you even having to think about it.

That’s just how we do things around here, and it’s exactly the kind of designer this course is built for.

Don’t just take my word for it. Matt and Joehey run their own website and video production studio, so judging quality is literally their job. Here’s what they had to say after going through the process themselves.

And speaking of the last Live Cohort, here are what some of our previous Design Day Blueprint® students, Matt and Joehey Cici, had to say about their experience!

How I Got Here

One Friday afternoon, I sat at my desk almost in tears.

I’d started Honeywave Creative in 2020, and by the end of that first year, I was booked out three to four months in advance. On paper, that was the win. I hit the goal of being “booked-out” that I was aiming for when I first began.

Then came the Friday everything cracked open for me. A dream client passed on working with me because my wait was too long. A friend invited me on a girls trip to Florida two months out, and I couldn’t go, because my calendar was already packed solid. And a current client, who I had booked the next two weeks on my calendar for, needed to push back her project because she wasn’t ready.

Sitting there, it hit me. I had a full calendar and still couldn’t say yes to hanging out with my friends. I was losing dream clients to my own waitlist. I was “fully booked” yet somehow still ending up with unfilled weeks and lost revenue due to clients rescheduling. Something had to change or I was going to give up on website design entirely, because that wasn’t the life or business I was trying to build.

So I burnt it all down. I looked at my current website design process and listed out every single deliverable and step I was taking clients through. I highlighted only the most important pieces, and then drew a big red X through the others.

After doing this and taking a step back, I realized that I had been adding a ton of “fluff” and unnecessary steps to my process that weren’t needed. When I looked at the core list of what actually needed to be done to get my clients the results they were looking for…

I realized I didn’t need weeks to deliver it, I just needed a single day.

In 2021, I launched my first Design Day offer for $800. I sold three of them within a week of launching at that beta rate. For the second Design Day I ever completed, the client launched her new website promoting the offer she’d already been selling on Instagram, and went from making around $3,000 a month to $40,000 a month, on repeat. That’s all I needed to see to know the Design Day model worked. Not just for me, but for my clients too.
The next year, another girl’s trip came up with just two weeks’ notice. This time, I was able to say yes.

My calendar was still filled with clients, but I now had flexibility in how and when I was able to deliver projects. I was charging even more for a website designed in a day than I was charging for websites with longer timelines. The weight of my business felt so much lighter to carry, and I wasn’t stressed to the max 24/7 worrying about clients.

I was able to not only go on the trip, but to actually enjoy it knowing my business and revenue would remain perfectly fine and continuing growing while I was away.

Six years, 500+ Design Days, and 120+ five-star Google reviews later, this is the exact system I still run my business on.

A Note From Bailey

I’m not teaching you this because I read about it somewhere or tried it out a couple of times a few years back and realized I could sell it.

I’m teaching you this because it’s the thing that gave me my life back. It’s the design model I have structured my entire business around. It’s the thing that has allowed me to scale my business to make multiple six-figures in a year and still have time to actually enjoy the revenue that is coming in. It’s the design system I STILL run for all of my design projects to this day. (Yes, I am still building websites myself. I am not just teaching about it.)

Design Days have changed my entire life and business, and I’ve watched it do the same for so many other designers since.

If you’re where I was, frustrated with your design projects and reaching your breaking point, I built this course for you. Not the version of you five years from now. You, right now, with the calendar, clients, and skills you already have in you.

Let’s build the business and life you were looking for when you set out on this journey.

Here's what changes, hour by hour when you start implementing the Design Day® framework.

YOUR DAY NOW

vs

YOUR DAY WITH A DESIGN DAY®

Same skills. Same talent. Same clients. The only difference between these two days is the system running underneath them. And once that system is in place, it’s not just one good day. It’s every day

The proof isn't just numbers. It's what people say in their own words.

Here’s exactly what you’re getting when you sign up for Design Day Blueprint®

Seven modules. One new one every Monday. Built to take you from scattered to fully systemized.

Module 1 — Building Your Offer

Get clear on exactly what you’re delivering, price it with confidence using a simple pricing framework, and position it so dream clients say yes without hesitation. You’ll also set up your automated proposal, contract, and invoice system so booking feels seamless from the very first inquiry.

Module 2 — Setting the Stage

Build the onboarding experience that gets clients excited and prepped before their Design Day even starts. Your welcome email, project hub, onboarding video, and prep call booking, all running on autopilot before you ever open your design software.

Module 3 — Prepping Like a Pro

The final steps that make your Design Days flow like clockwork. You’ll learn how to host a strategic, 30-minute prep call, gather good design inspiration, prep your build platform, and run your final checks so you walk into your first Design Day calm, clear, and ready to deliver.

Module 4 — Delivering Your Design

This is the Design Day itself. You’ll learn exactly what to do at every point of the day to make sure you are styling on schedule and delivering great work to your client by the end of the day. I’ll walk you through planning the perfect start, the order in which to build the site, time-saving tricks to optimize every second of the day, how to reveal the site to your clients, how to flow through the revision period, and finally how to close-out the project at the end of the day with clear boundaries, including the exact scripts for each moment.

Module 5 — Creating Lifetime Clients

Learn an off-boarding system that turns a one-day project into a long-term relationship. Get guidance on how to create a training video library, clear support-period boundaries, and simple systems that turn happy clients into repeat bookings and referrals for years to come.

Module 6 — Launching and Selling Your Design Day

Take your offer to market with a repeatable two-week launch plan including all of the prewritten emails and scripts you need to get your first couple of Design Day clients through the door, a sales process that feels natural instead of pushy, and a referral partner system that keeps new clients coming in consistently.

Week 7 — Graduation Week

Enroll before Saturday, August 15th at midnight CST, and get a 1:1 Design Day Confidence Call with me before your very first Design Day. This isn’t a generic onboarding call. It’s built for the moment right before you run your first one, when you want a second set of eyes and a steady voice telling you that you’re ready.

Have a quick question before you enroll?

Text us at (205) 709-3868 and we’ll get right back to you.

Let's do the actual math on what this pays you back.

Design Day Blueprint costs $1,997.

One Design Day at $3,500 almost doubles your entire investment with the very first project. And that’s just for a single project.

Once you have the system in place, you can run it again and again and again with hundreds of clients for years to come. Most designers in this course run 2-3 Design Days a month. At that pace, this program pays for itself in the first week of your first month, and every Design Day after that is pure profit on top of an investment you already earned back.

On the 3-payment plan, your very first Design Day covers more than double your first payment.

This isn’t a hope-it-works-out expense. It’s a decision that mathematically pays for itself before the 7-week live cohort even finishes.

Here's a mindset shift that's changed how I look at investment decisions like this one.

Earlier this year, I sat in a room in Nashville with Amy Porterfield, Russell Brunson, Stu McLaren, and 24 other successful business owners, talking about investing in yourself.

One thing kept coming up again and again. Almost nobody in that room called anything an expense. Every single one of them called it an opportunity.

That’s not a coincidence. It’s a pattern. When these people see a shortcut, they take it, not recklessly, but because they trust themselves enough to bet on the version of their business on the other side of the decision.

You get to decide which side of that pattern you’re on.

Our Guarantee

Do the work. See the results. That's the deal.

This program comes with a 14-day guarantee. Show up, work through the material, and actually implement what’s inside for the first two weeks of the course. If you do that and still feel it wasn’t worth it, email us within 14 days of the cohort start date for a full refund.

I built this guarantee to protect the people who show up and put in the work, because that’s who this program was built for. If that’s you, you’re covered.

There's a reason our certified designers keep showing up in this course, in this industry, and in each other's referrals.

Once you complete the framework and deliver real Design Day results, you can apply to become Design Day Certified. It’s not a badge for finishing a video library. It’s proof that you’re an expert in the Design Day model and know exactly what you’re doing.

Certified designers get a physical box in the mail: a shirt, a gold certificate, stickers, a notebook, and a few other fun surprises. It’s a small detail, but it’s a genuinely nice moment to celebrate everything you’ve accomplished with a tangible reminder that you built something real.

You also get a Design Day Certified badge to display on your own website, so a prospective client can see the credibility behind your offer before they’ve even talked to you.

And when a project comes our way that isn’t the right fit for Honeywave, whether it’s the timeline or the price point, we pass it straight to our certified designers first. This certification isn’t just a nice moment. It’s a real referral pipeline.

In Case You’re Wondering…

Here are quick, practical answers to a few of the logistical questions so nothing catches you off guard later.

What platform or software do I need?

Whatever you already build in. This system isn’t tied to WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, or anything specific. If you can build a website, you can run this framework on it.

Do I need experience to take this course?

Yes. This isn’t a beginner design course. You should already know how to design and build a website. This teaches you the system to deliver one fast, not how to design for the first time.

How much time do I need each week?

A few hours a week to work through the module and implement it, plus the live calls if you can make them. Most of what you’re building can get used immediately with your next client.

What if I don't finish everything in 7 weeks?

You keep your access to all the material and future updates, so there’s no deadline that locks you out. The 7 weeks are there to keep you moving and add an extra layer of accountability, not to punish you if life happens.

Is this only for website projects?

The core program is built around websites. If you also want to apply the same framework to brand design to deliver brands in a day, the optional Brand Bonus Module covers that specifically.

What happens after the cohort ends?

You keep everything. The modules, the resources, the recordings, and any future updates to the course.

You keep everything. The modules, the resources, the recordings, and any future updates to the course.
