Content Use Agreement:
The information contained in this agreement governs what actions which are and are not permissible for the individual purchasing this template from Honeywave Creative LLC.
Please read through this entire agreement before purchasing a template from the Honeywave Creative Website Template shop, as you will be legally obligated to these terms once your purchase has been confirmed. Your acceptance to these terms will be automatically enforced once your purchase has been completed regardless of if you have read them or not.
PURCHASING AND DOWNLOAD TERMS
Upon purchasing this template, you are granted perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferrable usage rights of the templates as long as they fall within the permitted uses noted below.
PERMITTED USES:
You may use this purchased template for your personal website only. Each template may be used for only one website/project only. Any addition projects will require an additional template to be purchased. Upon purchase, you have the right to download, view, and use the template for your own website. This template may not be resold or shared with a third party. The cost of template may be used for commercial purposes (your business). However the cost of the template may not be split with a third party. You and you alone gain the rights of usage to this website template. You may not share, resale, or distribute in any other way the contents of this purchase with any third party. Any use of these templates must lie within the governable law and must not be unlawful in any manner. Any use of this purchase in a way that does not follow the permitted uses mentioned in these terms (see also prohibited uses) is subject to full legal prosecution and will be considered theft and be acted on accordingly.
PROHIBITED USES:
You may not do any of the following activities with the contents of your purchases made from Honewyave Creative LLC.
- Resell, Distribute, Share, Copy, Distribute, Transfer the purchased contents
- Make changes to these templates and then resell them as your own
- Use this content that is seen to be unlawful, obscene, immoral, defamous, or libelous in any nature, as decided by Honeywave Creative LLC
- Remove copyright, trademarks, or any other proprietary rights from your template upon purchase including but not limited to the website design credit statement and link contained in the footer of the website template.
- Use your purchase to create a competing product
PAYMENT AGREEMENT
Like a parking ticket, this agreement is non-transferable and non-refundable. The initial deposit does not constitute a credit, and therefore cannot be used toward my other services. You are accountable for the full balance of your purchase whether you decide to use the template or not. You will be held responsible to pay in full for any purchase made by you or a third-party acting on your behalf. All prices are listed in USD.
REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of this product and the immense amount of research, strategy, and preparation that went into delivering it to you, we do not offer any refunds after your purchase has been completed. Before purchasing, please make sure to view the demo site and review all available information to determine if this template will be a proper purchase for you. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, please do not hesitate to email honey@honeywavecreative.com for clarification.
Any chargeback from a credit card company, Paypal, or any other payment processing company will not be tolerated and will be firmly denied.

All photography is being used for demonstrated purposes and copyright of the images still lies with the original creators. All images must be replaced after purchasing. If you choose not to replace these images, you are using them at your own risk. We hold no responsibility for damages incurred through improper use of images on your website.
COPYRIGHT
The contents of this template and the other deliverables of this purchase are copyrighted by Honeywave Creative LLC. Honeywave Creative LLC owns the rights to all designs and other deliverables in the distributed purchase minus the images and fonts used on the site, as the ownership in those remains with the original creator.
LIABILITY AND EARNINGS
Honeywave Creative has designed these templates with your business success in mind and has done everything in our power to build an amazing website template for you. We accept no liability for your sales, revenue, and/or the success of your website/business directly, indirectly, or consequentially. Results that come from the use of this template are entirely dependent on how the individual decides to use it.
The term “Wordpress” and “Elementor” are not copyrighted by their respective business entities. This website and the products offered through this website are not affiliated with these two entities.
COLLECTED INFORMATION:
You acknowledge that whenever you make a purchase, the provided information is being collected by both Honeywave Creative LLC and all third party processors needed to receive payment and deliver the product to you. We have the right to collect your information and use it to send promotional emails upon purchase. You, as the recipient, have the right to unsubscribe from these emails at any time to discontinue this point of contact.
WARRANTY
You agree that any product or template purchased through Honeywave Creative is being provided “As Is”, and we are not responsible to update the product if any third party systems, including but not limited to WordPress or Elementor, are to change their software or functioning capacities. Honeywave Creative LLC takes great pride in the products we deliver and has done everything in our power to ensure these products were made properly and functioning. However, we do not warrant that any of the information contained in this product is current, accurate, and/or complete after it has been transferred to your ownership. We do not warrant that the content will meet your requirements, as you should gather all information before purchasing, or that it will be error free.
SUPPORT
Upon purchasing these products, you will receive a collection of video tutorials demonstrating how to use your purchase. Beyond these training videos, Honeywave Creative is not subject to offer you any additional support. Any support beyond these training videos will be offered an additional charge agreed upon by both you and us.
If you decide to purchase the Add-On of us setting up your website for you, you will receive the support set forth in that agreement for us to install and design your website to fit within the scope of your own business branding. The customized templates design elements will be provided by you (pictures, words, logos, content). We will only be responsible for taking this content and using it to redesign your template in the best way we see fit. Allotted revisions are set forth by the terms of the Add-On Done For You Agreement.
PROMOTION
Upon purchasing this template, you granting us permission to showcase your website (that was designed using our template) on our website, social media, and any other media outlet for promotional purposes.
THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSORS
You are acknowledging that you understand our third party payment processing companies may receive your personal and payment information upon making a purchase. We are not responsible for any breach made to their systems or any legalities set forth within their terms and usage rights. They are a separate entity and will be treated accordingly if any issues should arise with our payment processing companies. These third party payment providers have their own terms set forth, and we recommend you review them before making a purchase. (Third-party providers include Stripe, Square, ThriveCart, Paypal, and any other credit card processing means.)
AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE:
Honeywave Creative has established affiliate agreements and compensates our affiliates whenever their specific affiliate link has been used upon purchasing. As the buyer, you understand these distributions are being made as a result of your template purchase using an affiliate link and hold it as your own responsibility to review your purchase and ensure it is a proper fit for you before completing your purchase. You will not be able to hold us or any of our affiliates liable for any damages or unwanted purchases or less than desirable results.
AGE LIMITATIONS:
By purchasing this product, you are confirming you are over the age of 18.
CLARIFICATION
In this agreement “You” is referring the individual purchasing the template and “we” or “Honeywave Creative” means the owner of the site and producer of the templates. “Contents” means any deliverables included with the purchase of the templates.
BROWSER FUNCTIONALITY
Please note that all of our templates are tested for functionality on current Safari, Chrome, Firefox internet browsers. I do not guarantee that your template will look exactly the same on every screen, and may appear differently due to varying screen resolutions and aspect ratios.
TERMINATION
The agreements set forth in these terms are effective until termination. To terminate this agreement, you must destroy all content delivered upon purchase along with any accompanying material.You may not make a copy of this content before destroying it. Upon termination and destroyal of all content, you must also immediately cease use of the content for any purposes whatsoever. Termination of this agreement does not warrant a refund.
Honeywave Creative LLC reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason, especially for not following through with the agreements stated in these terms.
